Content Partnership Proposal

Prepared for New Heritage Group

Stories Worth Carrying Forward

Where You Are

New Heritage Group has already solved the hardest problem in the business: closing. Your backend pipeline delivers qualified conversations, and once a borrower is on the phone, deals get done. The gap is in front of the phone call. The content feeding that pipeline is produced out of necessity, and it needs to reflect the quality New Heritage Group provides.

You told us the goal in two words: digital omnipresence. When an experienced investor needs liquidity this week, or when Cole is lying awake wondering how people actually scale past their first rental, New Heritage should already be the voice in their feed.

The Approach

Sojourn builds content on four pillars, each with a specific job for your two audiences.

People

The faces behind the capital. Founder perspective, team culture, and the philosophy behind lending at speed. Trust content for both avatars.

Proof

Funded-deal stories. The experienced investor who closed in one day. Cole's counterpart who went from one rental to five. Proof content converts a viewer into a phone call, and it is the pillar most lenders skip entirely.

Process

How a short-term loan actually works, what underwriting looks like at your speed, what first-time investors get wrong. This pillar owns Cole, and it builds the audience that becomes your refinance pipeline if the mortgage broker expansion moves forward.

Product

Loan programs, terms, and offers. Direct-response content for investors ready to move now.

Content directions we would map inside these pillars: founder and team films, funded-deal story features, a FAQ and education series built for Cole, on-site walkthroughs with borrowers, and a recurring long-form conversation series that gets cut into short-form clips. Your team's weekly recording hours feed the edit engine alongside everything Sojourn shoots.

How the Partnership Works

The Playbook comes first.

The engagement opens with a brand and platform audit and a written Content Direction document: your pre-production playbook. It defines capture standards for your in-house recording hours, platform priorities, and a month-by-month content map. Every shoot day and every edit traces back to it. Nothing is improvised.

Everything you receive is yours.

Raw footage, finished videos, strategy documents. Full ownership, whether the partnership continues or not.

See the Playbook in Action

Every piece of content starts as a pre-production card on your board. Here is a sample story template for one long-form episode, ready before anyone presses record.

Choose Your Level.
Choose Your Term.

Every level runs on the same choice: start with a single month, or commit to four. The level sets your production capacity. The term sets how deep the strategy goes.

One Month

One month at any level. Your full monthly capacity, produced, published, and delivered. A single month shows you the quality of the work and the rhythm of working together. When you're ready for more, your month counts toward a four-month term started within 60 days.

Waypoint · $1,750
1 shoot day, 2 edit days
Milestone · $2,625
1 to 2 shoot days, 3 edit days
Summit · $3,500
2 shoot days, 4 edit days

Four Months

Four months at any level, and the complete Storyline System comes with it. Month one delivers your brand audit and Direction document, so every shoot day that follows has a job to do. Month three brings a re-score showing measured movement. You finish with your next six-month roadmap in hand. If it's not the right fit after four months, you keep everything we built.

Waypoint · $1,500 a month
$6,000 total
Milestone · $2,500 a month
$10,000 total
Summit · $3,500 a month
$14,000 total

Single months run at full production value. The four-month term carries our committed rate and includes the complete Storyline System: your audit, Direction document, re-score, and the roadmap you keep.

What one edit day produces: one full podcast episode, one long-form YouTube video, or 5 to 10 vertical cutdowns. A podcast episode plus its cutdowns takes two edit days per episode. If you record multiple episodes in one production day, plan on multiple edit days to process them all.

Included Either Way

  • A shoot day in your first month
  • A monthly check-in call
  • RAW assets of everything we've built
  • On-screen text built for muted viewing
  • Full publishing on every finished piece
  • Content Roadmap
